I would've finished this a week ago but a wild French power point appeared.

So yeah, this is Reggie, the new guy. He's an old character of mine. And Masky talks in emoticons and Hoody talks in text. And Zalgo can change his height. And Zalgo hides behind the wall so yeah. He brings creepypasta characters into Pastatown through the wall, but Zalgo himself can't leave it. So he gets them to do shit in the real world for him. Huehue.

The other Jeff in Zalgo's right arm is *XcomickittyX's Jeff. Because I thought it was funny at the time. OHYESIDID
It took me a little bit to learn her style for Jeff though, mainly because the hair never stays the same. Nergh.
